After last week’s unexpected announcement that Daft Punk would be calling it a day after 28 years strong, Dance System took over the airwaves at Radio 1 for a brilliant mix that traverses through the French duo’s discography.
‘Radio 1 favorite Dance System was the perfect person to deliver this mix. We knew he would smash it and he has absolutely delivered – this is such a treat’, said BBC Radio 1 host Annie Mac about the mix.
Dance System’s 30-minute set features a cascade of Daft Punk’s more iconic tracks, alongside a string of edits by Dance System himself. The journey also contains messages and excerpts from DJ Deeon, Dave Clarke, Todd Edwards, K Alexi, A-Track, Boys Noize, and Skrillex.
