One of the founding members of the legendary band Depeche Mode, Martin Gore, announced that he will be releasing new music. It is an EP titled ‘Third Chimpanzee’, which follows his 2015 album, ‘MG’. The artist made his solo debut with ‘Counterfeit’, an EP released back in 1989.
The material, which is made up of five tracks, will be out on the British label Mute. Regarding the music on the album, the artist comments that it will be ‘less grounded and more surreal’ than the rest of his creations.
Martin Gore’s ‘Third Chimpanzee’ will be available on January 29th, 2021. Listen to the first single below.
